Black Rock Retreat hired me to join a group of their staff visiting their partners in Chile on a two week trip. The backpacking portion of the trip got cancelled due to weather so we got to spend a lot of time connecting with and investing in Black Rock's partners. I love international trips where I get to make images that show a journey from start to end. The variety of details, people, and adventures that I capture on international trips come together in my favorite way. Making images that show a journey from start to finish is a process I love.
